Cezary Chybowski

Co-Founder

Cezary is the founder and president of Reliance, as well as a licensed Financial Advisor with the Fédération Européenne des Conseils et Intermédiaires Financiers, license number 988. He conducts consulting activities within the European Union. An alumnus of the Collegium Medicum at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Cezary possesses international experience in the financial industry gained through years of working with clients in the United Kingdom.

He is both the owner and the originator of the first Polish investment opportunities portal — Obligain.com, as well as the Nordheim company, focusing on serving high-net-worth clients. Cezary is a business practitioner and stock market player. His guiding principle is to create a product tailored to the client and assist in achieving their fundamental goals.

Robert Chybowski

Co-Founder

An expert in finance, management, capital investments and the organization of enterprise financing. He participated in primary and secondary public offerings of shares for a total amount of over PLN 6 billion. He has carried out approximately 100 consulting and capital projects: privatization of enterprises, mergers and acquisitions, MBO and LBO transactions, organizing enterprises, developing and implementing development strategies, restructuring, and obtaining financing. Founder of the Spatium S.A. Investment Fund Society. Organizer and manager of several investment funds, including the first Polish public real estate fund. Co-founder and organizer of the first nationwide company appraising real estate on a mass scale, cooperating with several banks and several hundred property appraisers.
